1. Definitions

3.4 Account Restrictions

You may hold only one account with sp999. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. You may not:

• Allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Transfer, sell, or assign your account to another party.
• Share your login credentials with any third party.
• Register an account on behalf of another person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sp999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your legal name and match the name on your sp999 account. Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• sp999 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your payment source.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours.
• sp999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has incomplete KYC verification, pending bonus wagering requirements, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

sp999 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering purposes will be suspended pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, minus any applicable fees or amounts owed to sp999. Bonus funds and pending bonus winnings will be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sp999 platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of sp999 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any sp999 content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, sp999 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of sp999 services.
• Loss of winnings, profits, or data due to technical failures, server outages, or software errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures.
• Losses resulting from force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount deposited in your account during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
